The budget doesn’t matter. A well thought makeover will make a difference in your yard. If necessary, the work can always be scheduled in different phases.
This project includes: a terrace area, a playground for kids, some planting beds, an orchard and a vegetable garden.

We focussed on:

- creating privacy from adjacent neighbors;

- taking advantage of neighbors’ large scale trees (Oak, Pine) and unifying the yard to the surrounding landscape by mimicking the existing;

- dividing the space into outdoor rooms, paying attention to the proportions, and the connections;

- selecting nice 24″ box trees in nursery to create the structure of the garden. Other plants can be smaller, they will grow.

Implementation of project: cutting, trimming, cleaning, grading, moving the shack to another corner, painting existing fence with selected color, planting tall trees, planting low hedges, installing borders, planting 5gal and 1gal plants, installing irrigation, installing DG and gravel surfaces, building new fence with new gate on side of house and painting it.

We used low pressure dripping irrigation for the planting beds and the hedges.

This project includes: decomposed granite terrace, kids’ playground, ornamental garden, new fruit trees, vegetable garden, and nice views from every corner of the yard.

We like to call it ‘package’, because in this project, it’s really what people most commonly ask for.
the lawn for the kids, the terrace for lunch and dinner, the Provence palette for the fragrance and the color tones, the hedges for the privacy, some lighting for dramatic effects at night, and the drip line irrigation system to lower the cost of water consumption. What else can we get you?

This project includes also a 35-light bulb string coonected to a dimmer to allow you to adjust the amount of light and create the perfect atmosphere, a few terra cotta planters.

We focussed on:

- creating privacy from adjacent neighbors;

- bringing a Provence flair through the plant selection and the paint colors;

- dividing the space into outdoor rooms, paying attention to the proportions, and the connections;

- implementing a drip line irrigation system to help the client keep control of the water bill.

Implementation of project: trimming existing tree, grading, repairing draining system, installing and painting new fence, planting good looking hedges, planting Provence style palette, installing borders, installing low pressure drip line irrigation, implementing a large decomposed granite terrace, and gravel paths around the house.
